1. Become the cleaner clients request again.
Within your first 30 60 days, clients should see a visible improvement in the quality and consistency of your cleanings, resulting in repeat bookings and positive feedback.
2. Complete every cleaning using our quality checklist.
Success means reliably following our cleaning standards, documenting before/after photos, and securing client sign-offs at the end of each appointment.
3. Maintain 95% reliability.
You arrive on time, complete each job thoroughly, and communicate proactively when something changes so clients always feel taken care of.
4. Strengthen our reputation in the field.
Your professionalism leads to referrals, strong reviews, and increased client trust directly contributing to the company’s growth.
