Welcome to SPOTLISE WYPE! By booking our cleaning services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully before scheduling or receiving any service from us.
1. Service Overview
SPOTLISE WYPE provides residential and commercial cleaning services. These may include general cleaning, deep cleaning,
move-in/move-out cleans, post-construction cleanup, and specialized add-ons as agreed upon during booking.
2. Appointments and Access
- Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time.
- If we are unable to access the premises, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.
- Running water and electricity must be available for cleaning services to be performed.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing is determined based on the property's size, condition, and type of cleaning required.
- Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include: Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, and Electronic Transfers.
- A deposit may be required for first-time clients or large commercial projects.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Same-day cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service charge.
- Repeated cancellations may result in the termination of future services.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied with your service, notify us within 24 hours of completion.
- We will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.
- Requests made after 24 hours may not qualify for complimentary re-cleaning.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Please secure or remove valuables and personal items prior to service.
- Inform us about pets, alarm codes, gate codes, or special instructions.
- Notify us in advance of any hazardous materials or unsafe conditions.
7. Damage and Liability
- We are insured and take great care when cleaning your property.
- Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
- SPOTLISE WYPE is not responsible for pre-existing damage, improper installations, or normal wear and tear.
8. Commercial Contracts
Long-term commercial agreements may involve different terms, service levels, and payment schedules.
Termination of such agreements requires written notice as outlined in the contract.
9. Right to Refuse Service
SPOTLISE WYPE reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe environments, harassment,
discrimination, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Privacy Policy
All client information is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties without consent.

11. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
