Appointment Setter
We are hiring an Appointment Setter who can identify qualified businesses, start conversations, and
schedule virtual walkthroughs for our sales team. This role focuses on performance, consistency, and
high-quality communication.
Objectives
1. Book 20–40 qualified walkthrough appointments per month.
Using our scripts, outreach tools, and daily workflow to consistently schedule walkthroughs with decision makers.
2. Complete 60–120 outbound calls or messages per day.
Activity consistency is key to hitting goals and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
3. Maintain clean CRM documentation.
Notes, follow-ups, and lead statuses must always be accurate and easy to understand.
What You’ll Do
- Use a structured appointment-setting script
- Contact business owners through phone, SMS, or messaging tools
- Qualify businesses using our criteria
- Schedule virtual walkthroughs for the sales team
- Update CRM with notes, statuses, and follow-up tasks
- Report daily activity and appointment results
Ideal Candidate
- Strong communicator with a clear, professional speaking style
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls or messages
- Organized, reliable, and consistent
- Follows scripts and structured processes without deviation
- Experience in cold calling or appointment setting is preferred
