Your role is to convert inbound inquiries into booked appointments and recurring clients using a structured, consultative process.

Objectives

1. Convert 35–50% of qualified leads into paid bookings.
You follow our sales script, ask the right questions, and guide homeowners to the best cleaning option.

2. Respond to new leads within 5–15 minutes during working hours.
Speed is everything. The faster your response, the higher the close rate.

3. Keep CRM notes updated and accurate.
Clean notes ensure cleaners understand expectations so they can deliver great service.

What You’ll Do

• Follow a structured residential sales process
• Respond to inbound calls, texts, and web form leads
• Explain service options and help clients pick the best plan
• Use our pricing calculator to provide accurate quotes
• Record lead activity and notes in CRM

• Strong communicator with an understanding of the principles of sales style
